What Underobviously Remodeling Is

Underobviously Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not perform design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number shown on this website or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works for Us

Underobviously Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This compensation does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Underobviously Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Underobviously Remodeling. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it talks with you and conducts itself

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider or a guarantee of its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers take part in our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.
