How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Underobviously Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Underobviously Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project runs into trouble, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Underobviously Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email us at contact@underobviously.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
