Our Role Is Referral Only

Underobviously Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Underobviously Remodeling does not do any of the remodeling work itself. That includes design, demolition, building, plumbing and wiring. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Underobviously Remodeling.

Connection Is Not Endorsement

When we connect you with a provider, that does not mean we endorse them. We make no promises about the quality, schedule, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work begins.

Payment and Financing

Underobviously Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets any payment terms. Read each contract carefully before you sign it.

Safety Matters

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand or remove anything you are unsure about. If you think life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
