Underobviously Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners in Irvine, CA, and the Irvine area. We help people reach independent local kitchen and bathroom remodeling providers. That is the whole job.
Why We Exist

How Providers Are Matched
You share what you want done: a walk-in shower, a tub conversion, a new kitchen layout. We then point you toward a provider in our network who handles that kind of project in your area. Availability varies, so request a callback to check provider availability.
The match is a starting point. You decide whether to talk further.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Respond to homeowners politely and clearly
- Give written quotes that spell out the work
- Explain the plan before work begins
- Treat the home with care
- Follow the licensing and permit rules that apply where they work
You should still confirm license and insurance details yourself before you hire anyone.
What We Do Not Do
We do not demolish, build, install or repair anything. We do not set prices, schedule crews or manage your project. The contract is between you and the provider. We also do not take on very small jobs or work on mobile homes.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners are not charged by Underobviously Remodeling for a referral. Providers in our network may pay for the homeowner connections they receive. This does not change what you pay a provider for the work, and you are never required to hire anyone.
